Black Achievement Month 2022

BAM is an annual Dutch event in October that brings 'Black Achievers' (colored citizen) and their contribution to Dutch society to the attention of a wide audience. This year with a diverse program in the field of education, performances, theater and literature. Together we bring colored talent and 'new' stories into the limelight.

BAM is organized in Zeeland by ZB Library of Zeeland (ZB), Keti Koti Zeeland and the Province of Zeeland in the context of Four Freedoms Through the Year and many cultural and social organizations such as: HZ University of Applied Sciences, HZ Cult, Youth Theater School Zeeland, Podium 't Beest, Grote Kerk Veere, Anti-Discrimination Bureau Zeeland, Roosevelt Institute for American Studies and NiNsee.
